<< Back to Engineered Systems

ZEPPS (Zahner Engineered Profiled Panel Systems) allow us to build a structurally sound panel to the exact shape and dimensions that the designer desires.  Any shape, irregular curve or bend is possible.

ZEPPS are created in a controlled environment.  This allows for the elimination of labor intensive field fabrication and field-related inconsistencies. ZEPPS assembly is quicker than build-in-place wall systems, allowing the building envelope to be sealed significantly quicker, thus expediting the construction process, saving money and time.  ZEPPS can be engineered from a variety of metals that provide varying degrees of structural value and unlimited design options.

With ZEPPS, there is no variation from wall panel to wall panel.  ZEPPS can be reproduced to exact standard and dimensions to guarantee building accuracy.

This system was used in context in Chicago Millennium Park, Fischer Performing Arts, Tacoma Museum of Glass, and Ray and Maria Stata Center.
